Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for a creative and technical Videomaker & Editor who can transform ideas and concepts into high-quality video content, optimized for digital and social media platforms. The ideal candidate has a hands-on approach, a strong aesthetic sense, and solid technical skills, and is ready to work on diverse projects ranging from luxury to lifestyle, B2B to consumer.
What You’ll Do
- Conceptualize, shoot, and edit original video content aligned with the brand’s communication strategy.
- Produce videos for social media platforms: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, adapting content to different formats and durations.
- Create motion graphics, animations, titles, and transitions of professional quality.
- Apply color grading, motion graphics, and sound design, ensuring high aesthetic standards.
- Manage post-production and optimize files for web and social platforms.
- Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and account teams to turn concepts and briefs into final videos.
- Produce reusable video templates for recurring campaigns and brand identity.
- Support multi-camera, multi-location, or live-stream projects when required.
- Contribute to the evolution of the agency’s visual style and storytelling.
- Organize and archive digital files and projects in the cloud for an efficient workflow.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience as a videomaker and video editor, preferably in an agency or digital environment.
- Strong proficiency in editing and post-production software: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro (nice to have: DaVinci Resolve).
- Experience in motion graphics, advanced animations, and titling.
- Skills in color grading (nice to have: audio editing and sound design).
- Knowledge of major video formats and specifications for social media, web, and digital campaigns.
- Ability to manage projects from concept to final delivery, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Understanding of video shooting, lighting, and camera handling.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, technical precision, and autonomy.
- Experience managing cloud platforms and digital content storage.
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Availability to work as a freelance contractor / with VAT number.
- Collaborative attitude and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams on multiple projects simultaneously.
