About IK MultimediaIK Multimedia is a global leader in music technology, developing innovative hardware and software solutions used by musicians, producers, sound engineers and creators worldwide.We are looking for a talented and motivated Junior Videographer & Photographer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate combines filming, photography, video-editing and image retouching skills, with a working knowledge of music and audio technology.The RoleYou will assist in creating product videos, launch content, tutorials, artist features, product photography and social media assets for IK Multimedia's global campaigns. Working closely with the marketing content manager, marketing content specialist and resident photographer/retoucher/graphic designer, you will tackle projects from shooting through editing and final delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesShoot and edit product videos, promotional content, interviews, tutorials and social media assetsExecute product, studio, artist, event and lifestyle photographySet up and operate cameras, lenses, lighting and audio equipmentEdit, color-correct and retouch photographs while maintaining accurate product representationPrepare video and photographic content for websites, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and advertising platformsOrganize project files, footage, photographs and production assets efficientlyCollaborate with internal teams while managing multiple projects and deadlinesSkills & ExperienceWorking knowledge of DaVinci Resolve (preferred) and Final Cut Pro XWorking photography skills, including composition, exposure, lens selection and studio lightingBasic experience with product photography and image post-productionGood knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom and Camera RawUnderstanding of camera operation, audio recording, frame rates, codecs, color workflows and delivery formatsPractical experience with generative AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney and Kling AI for ideation, image creation and video workflowsAttention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelinesGood command of English, both written and spokenA portfolio or showreel demonstrating relevant video and photography workNice to HaveExperience creating content for musical instruments, pro audio, consumer electronics or technology brandsFamiliarity with music-creation products and the musical instrument, recording or pro-audio marketsExperience playing a musical instrument, recording and mixing music, or using DAWs, audio plug-ins and related music-production toolsKnowledge of IK Multimedia products and brandsExperience with short-form content, digital advertising and current social media formatsPersonal TraitsCreative, curious and eager to learnProactive, organized and comfortable managing multiple assignmentsDetail-oriented and committed to high production standardsAble to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary teamComfortable working in a fast-paced creative environmentHow to ApplyThe position is located at our headquarters in Modena, Italy.If you are interested, please send your CV together with a portfolio or showreel demonstrating work relevant to this position.
