At dentsu we are looking for a Video Leader, to be employed in our Milan office.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Campaign Leadership
- Develop and execute integrated TV and CTV planning strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Lead the planning and activation of video campaigns, ensuring effective delivery across cost, time, and quality dimensions.
- Analyze performance across platforms and apply strategic insights to exceed expectations and drive measurable results.
Media Assessment & Audit Supervision
- Supervise and manage the full process of media audits and assessments, ensuring alignment with industry standards and client KPIs.
- Collaborate with external auditors (e.g., Nielsen, Auditel) to validate delivery and performance metrics, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Guarantee transparency and accountability across all campaign evaluations.
Team Enablement & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Empower and support team members with deep knowledge of TV/CTV measurement, planning methodologies, and attribution models.
- Facilitate best-in-class execution by providing strategic guidance and access to key tools and resources.
- Work closely with internal departments and external partners to optimize workflow and campaign outcomes.
Client Partnership & Business Growth
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and guiding them on effective video-first strategies.
- Deliver performance reports and actionable insights that turn data into growth opportunities.
- Identify and proactively address potential risks or gaps in media execution.
Innovation & Process Optimization
- Contribute to the evolution of TV+CTV strategies, keeping up with trends in addressable TV, streaming, targeting, and audience segmentation.
- Drive internal process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and media effectiveness.
- Optimize resource planning and team allocation for maximum impact on campaign delivery.
Requirements
- 5 - 6+ years of experience in video media planning and buying, with strong focus on linear TV and CTV ecosystems.
- Strong expertise in TV/CTV metrics, delivery models, and planning rules (e.g., GRPs, reach/frequency models, incremental reach).
- Proven experience managing media audits, assessment reports, and external validation processes.
- Advanced proficiency with media tools such as Kubik, AQX, Arianna, MCS.
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and apply it strategically.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Italian.
