This job contains the full management of the subsidiary in Italy. The organization needs to be completely rebuild and also processes that comply with Italian regulations and customary procedures have to be implemented.

Responsibilities:

• Set-up and Hiring of sales and service ideally out of own network, especially in sheet metal function;
• Implement processes and procedures as well as policies to restart the business in Italy successfully;
• Italy office daily management.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years experience in managing as sales or service group. Ideally 2 years experience as Managing Director;
• 5-10 years experience in Sales i Sheet Metal Business. Also Experience with Managing Service organizations is required. Ideally 2 or more years of experience as Managing Director;
• Italian and English could be working language.
