Medi-Market Italia, a multinational group active in the health and wellness sector, operates over 120 pharmacies, para‑pharmacies and beauty institutes in Belgium, Luxembourg and Italy.

In the store, the Vice Store Manager supports the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring compliance with corporate standards, operational efficiency and high‑quality customer service. In the Store Manager’s absence, the Vice Store Manager assumes the primary responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support in organising and planning the daily activities of the store.
• Collaborate in defining work shifts and managing the team.
• Supervise stock: orders, replenishment, inventory and product care.
• Monitor and maintain visual merchandising standards and store image.
• Assist customers and promote consultative selling.
• Spread product knowledge within the team.
• Ensure compliance with safety, employment and commerce regulations.
• Support economic management and KPI performance analysis.

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail; preference for beauty & pharmaceutical contexts.
• Knowledge of assisted selling techniques and customer focus.
• Organisational skills and problem‑solving attitude.
• Excellent communication and relational skills.
• Team spirit, reliability and proactive approach.
• Result orientation and analytical thinking.
