Reporting to the top management, the Vice President Sales is responsible for establishing, developing and consolidating the commercial structure across the EMEA region, ensuring the achievement and continuous improvement of the Company’s revenue targets and competitive positioning within the reference markets.

The role acts as a strategic interface between the market and the internal organisation, supporting growth through structured sales governance, market intelligence and effective coordination of internal and external sales networks.

Main responsibilities :

  • Contribute to the definition and achievement of revenue targets for the EMEA region, in alignment with the Company’s strategic objectives;
  • Lead, manage and develop the sales network across the assigned EMEA markets;
  • Represent the Company towards potential customers, partners and stakeholders, both public and private, including participation in commercial negotiations;
  • Act as the Company’s reference at trade fairs, conferences and commercial communication events within the EMEA region;
  • Provide continuous and structured market feedback to the internal organisation on positioning, competitiveness and performance of the proposed technological solutions;
  • Support strategic decision-making through insights on market trends, customer needs and competitive landscape;
  • Ensure that all commercial activities are conducted in full compliance with safety regulations, quality standards and internal Company policies.

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience in commercial, sales or business development roles within the reference sector;
  • Proven experience operating in international and multicultural environments, preferably across the EMEA region;
  • In-depth knowledge of the technical solutions and technologies offered by the Company;
  • Solid understanding of plant sizing principles, plant budgeting, construction timelines and execution models;
  • Knowledge of after-sales and service management policies;
  • Strong cross-functional mindset, leadership capabilities and effective prioritisation skills;
  • Excellent command of English, an additional foreign language is considered a plus.
