Title : Vice President of Sales (ITA)

Location : Milan, hybrid


Lead Commercial Growth in Italy for our Multinational Customers


At GTT, we connect people and data simply and securely through innovative, AI‑driven solutions. As Vice President of Sales , you will play a critical role in shaping the go‑to‑market strategy, accelerating revenue growth and building a high‑performing sales team across key markets.


This is a senior leadership role with real impact - driving outcomes, influencing strategy and strengthening long‑term customer partnerships at executive level.


About the Role

As VP Sales, you will own regional commercial performance and lead a multi‑country sales organisation focused on enterprise and strategic customers. You’ll partner closely with executive peers across Marketing, Solutions Consulting and Customer Success to align priorities and deliver sustainable growth.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Defining and executing regional sales strategy aligned to revenue and growth objectives
  • Leading, coaching and developing your team to deliver consistent performance
  • Driving strong pipeline execution, forecasting accuracy and sales governance
  • Supporting executive‑level customer engagement to build trusted, long‑term relationships
  • Leading market expansion initiatives and cross‑functional commercial programmes
  • Using insight and data to continuously improve sales execution and customer outcomes


Required Experience:

  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience in B2B technology or telecommunications
  • Experience selling complex, enterprise solutions
  • Background in large‑scale transformation or growth environments
  • Proven success leading sales teams with measurable revenue impact
  • Strong capability in strategic planning, forecasting, pipeline management and CRM systems
  • Experience engaging and influencing senior internal and external stakeholders


Nice to Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience)
