- In the context of the creation of the EMEA region, the VP HR is a key contributor to the development and execution of the HR strategy of the company for the region and a strong support to the President EMEA in all HR related matters.
- Scope of the role: approx. 600 FTE; 15 countries
Key Responsibilities
- Support the President of the region in building and driving the right organization to support the transformation and growth of the business;
- Put in place and harmonize HR policies for the region, leveraging group and local best practices while guaranteeing operational efficiency;
- Create a united, stable and optimized HR EMEA team;
- Co-build HR strategy and processes with the Central HR team and lead the roll out in all EMEA locations;
- Guarantees qualitative succession planning and upskilling to adapt to our changing environment;
- Support the roll out of “Lectra Way” in the region, our ww cultural transformation program;
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources or related area
- 15 years or more working experience as a minimum, with direct relevant HR experience in multi-site, multi-country, dynamic, fast-growing organizations
Position Qualifications
- Solid experience in unifying and driving a diverse, multi-country workforce through strong leadership
- Hands-on leader with ability to identify priorities and deliver results efficiently in a fast paced organization
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to different cultures
- Has demonstrated skills in leading cultural and organizational transformations of a comparable magnitude
- Has experience in M&A situations in an HR leadership role and can lead the integration of purchased entities
- Team player with demonstrated ability to co-develop processes and tools
