Role

Vice President, Financial Institutions Integration and Partnerships is a key leadership role in the Segment function within Strategy, Integration and Product Development in D&S. Segments provide the strategic direction for vision, products, and capabilities to meet the market, competitive, and client partner needs and act as a customer-first steward for our business.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving Financial Institutions Integration and Partnership strategy forward, by consistently innovating, problem-solving, and partnering across business lines. This role will be responsible for the go-to-market strategy, product management support, sales enablement, and coordination, tracking against identified revenue synergies for new acquisitions, as well as management of partner relationships in collaboration with other business lines. This role will begin with a particular focus on supporting the Sales Integration for Mastercard’s acquisition of Dynamic Yield.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a successful integration of Dynamic Yield platform into Mastercard D&S, with specific focus on the Financial Institution segment
  • Manage global FI integration plans, oversee tasks to completion and resolve challenges to keep all activities on scheduled timelines
  • During the pre-closure period, manage data sharing across Mastercard and Dynamic Yield to guarantee compliance to regulatory requirements
  • Lead a team of Integration Specialists with deep knowledge of our products & services, as well as the products and services of the integrated or partner organizations
  • Work with cross-functional integration teams as required
  • Realize revenues and cost synergies potentials identified for the FI segment
  • Identify new and existing customer segments to broaden the reach of acquired solutions
  • Define a go-to market plan for the acquired solution to drive sales
  • Identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities
  • Provide product / solution expertise to assist in crafting customer value propositions working with Marketing and Sales Teams
  • Coordinate, prioritize, and support customer-facing discussions with Mastercard customer-facing teams from recent acquisitions
  • Support largest / priority customer discussion when required
  • Track the deal performance of the acquisition to brief management and integration executive on all tasks as they relate to integration milestones
  • Track cost and revenues synergies within FI segment
  • Manage the sales pipeline
  • Develop and manage the framework for partner relationships in alignment with the FI segment strategy

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experienced people leader with the ability to lead high performing teams
  • A successful influencer in matrixed and distributed (global / regional / market) organizations
  • Experience in analytics, data, consulting, personalization, or loyalty
  • Commercial acumen and experience of working directly with customers
  • Expertise in Mastercard data and core platforms
  • Ability to influence and challenge
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to probe to understand customer needs
  • Ability to communicate at all levels internally and externally
  • Exceptional at relationship building, conveying credibility and confidence
  • Execution-oriented to drive the right outcomes for customers, partners, and Mastercard
