We are part of a grand multinational group: Cigierre. We have expanded from a restaurant in Reggio Emilia to more than 35 locations in Italy and France. Join us at the PIZZIKOTTO restaurant in Castel Maggiore as Vice Direttore/trice di Ristorante.

Responsabilità

• Support the Director in staff management and shift scheduling, and in preparing purchase orders.
• Coordinate and execute the dining service, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Supervise the proper operation of the dining and kitchen shift.
• Assist the Director in opening and closing operations of the outlet.

Requisiti

• Experience in hospitality, preferably in commercial contexts or similar.
• Knowledge of dining service.
• Results orientation.
• Ability to organize, analyze, and solve problems.
