Mission
The Global Brand Marketing Manager combines creativity, analytical skills, and relationship management to implement the global marketing strategy for Vibram FiveFingers. The role defines and executes brand communication initiatives, manages influencer and media collaborations, and oversees events and campaigns, ensuring that all marketing activities support brand positioning and deliver measurable business results.
Job
- Contribute to the development and implementation of global brand and marketing strategies to support Vibram FiveFingers’ growth and visibility.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, positioning, and storytelling across all markets.
- Analyze consumer insights, market trends, and competitor activity to refine strategies and strengthen brand differentiation.
- Manage global marketing and communication budgets, including planning, forecasting, and cost control.
- Monitor spend efficiency and campaign ROI through analytical tools and regular reporting.
- Provide periodic performance and budget reports with strategic recommendations.
- Oversee the timely and efficient delivery of marketing projects within defined scope and budget.
- Maintain and develop relationships with international media, journalists, and editors.
- Lead global PR activities and media outreach for product launches and brand initiatives.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers, athletes, and key opinion leaders aligned with the brand values.
- Manage influencer partnerships and evaluate campaign performance.
- Plan and execute global brand events, trade shows, and sponsorships, ensuring high-quality execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver consistent and effective activations.
- Assess event outcomes and ROI to inform future initiatives.
- Supervise digital and social communication activities, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging and authentic content for all digital platforms.
- Support integration between social media and influencer activities to enhance engagement and community growth.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Manage collaboration with agencies and external partners to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Facilitate alignment among regional teams to support global marketing coherence.
