About the Role

Are you a strategic leader who speaks both the language of Veterinary medicine and Digital innovation?

we are looking for a Vet Manager Italy to act as the strategic and operational heartbeat of our Italian market. This is a high-impact role designed for a "hybrid" leader: someone who can bridge the gap between global vision and local execution, owning the full P&L while driving digital transformation in the animal health sector.

As the Vet Manager, you won’t just manage a market—you will own the commercial roadmap, fostering sustainable growth through data-driven decisions and cutting-edge technology.

What You’ll Do

• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the commercial and operational roadmap specifically for the Italian veterinary landscape.
• P&L Ownership: Take full accountability for the Italian P&L, monitoring and optimizing key growth metrics such as LTV, CAC, Churn, and NPS .
• Digital Transformation: Lead the adoption of advanced CRM and automation tools to maintain a tech-driven ecosystem.
• Partnership Management: Identify and negotiate strategic alliances with veterinary clinics, distributors, and academic institutions.
• Team Empowerment: Lead and mentor a high-performing local team, fostering a culture of collaboration and results.

What We Are Looking For

• The Hybrid Profile: You have a deep understanding of the Italian Veterinary/Animal Health industry, but you are also a "digital native" who thrives in marketplaces or tech-driven environments.
• Commercial Acumen: Proven experience in Senior Management (Country Manager, GM, or Head of Ops) with full P&L responsibility.
• Data-Driven Mindset: Mastery of performance indicators and the ability to pivot strategies based on complex data analysis.
• Entrepreneurial Agility: A problem-solver who can adapt global directives to local nuances with speed and innovation.
• Language Fluency: Professional fluency in both English and Italian is essential.
