Your role:
As a Vertical Sales Specialist, you will be part of E-Mobility Team, contributing to drive the growth of Siemens' eMobility business within priority vertical markets (e.g., CPOs, fleet operators, Bus & Truck OEMs, public transport operators/authorities, EPCs, system integrators) by owning the full opportunity lifecycle, orchestrating internal and external stakeholders, and positioning our portfolio to secure successful project acquisition.
Leading end-to-end sales execution for eMobility solutions across assigned verticals, from early customer engagement and opportunity shaping through negotiation, contract closure, and handover. Owning opportunity qualification and pipeline development by consolidating customer requirements, building compelling business cases, and leveraging competitive intelligence to define winning strategies. Developing and delivering customer presentations, proposals, and demos, clearly articulating value, differentiation, and ROI to stakeholders at multiple decision‑making levels. Orchestrating cross‑functional teams (proposal, technical experts, project management, finance, customer service), ensuring alignment, quality, and timely delivery of all commercial outputs. Building and expanding relationships with key accounts and stakeholders within assigned verticals, acting as a trusted advisor on EV charging solutions and energy transition strategies. Contributing to go‑to‑market strategy by providing market intelligence, identifying emerging trends, and translating field insights into actionable positioning and messaging.
What makes you a great match: Core Requirements
3–5+ years of B2B experience in sales, business development, or key account management within industrial, tech, energy, or eMobility environments. Solid knowledge of eMobility/EV charging ecosystems, including DC charging infrastructure, relevant standards, and market dynamics, with a strong drive to stay ahead of industry evolution. Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles, engaging C‑level stakeholders, and closing deals in multi‑stakeholder environments. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical value into commercial impact. Fluency in English and Italian. Eligibility to work in Italy.
