Vendor Inspection Coordinator

Our Milan office is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inspection Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

The main responsibilities:

• Coordination of all inspection activities according to ITP of the various vendors
• Management and sending of inspection notifications to end customers and internal parties
• Interface with customers, vendors, TPI, and internal teams (Quality, PM, Engineering, Supply Chain)
• Monitoring the progress of inspection activities and managing priorities
• Supporting document closure (ITP, inspection reports, evidence of compliance)

Requirements:

• Fluent Italian (daily working language – non-negotiable requirement)
• Excellent knowledge of technical and operational English
• Concrete experience as an Inspection Coordinator
• Familiarity with ITP, Hold/Witness Points, TPI, Client inspections
• Ability to quickly understand structured processes and operate independently

Location: Milan, Bovisa area (no remote working allowed)

Frequency: 5 days per week (Monday to Friday) - Time: 08:30-17:30, flexible.
