The Propulsion Systems Specialist will be responsible for the following tasks/activities:* Definition of the System architecture and functionalities, in accordance with performance and airworthiness requirements at aircraft level, both in traditional and Model-based contexts;
* Definition of equipment, in accordance with system requirements;
* Preparation and management of System/Equipment requirements specifications;
* Definition and correct management of physical/functional interface requirements, both in traditional and Model-based contexts;
* Analysis and verification of applicable regulations;
* Technical evaluationof received proposals;
* Verification of System/Equipment compliance, e.G., through thorough review of technical documentation;
* Definition of flight/ground test requirements;
* Contribution to the development of test procedures and the drafting of test reports, relating to items within the Propulsion and Secondary Power Systems Discipline;
* Analysis of experimental data, to evaluate System/Equipment performance;
* Preparation of technical documentation, to prove System/Equipment compliance;
* Engineering support for the drafting of Functional Test Procedures for the Propulsion System in Production;
* Ensuring optimized integration of the Propulsion System and associated systems, both in traditional and Model-based contexts, in compliance with aircraft specifications, Propulsion system installation requirements, and applicable regulations;
* Competent technical support to all engineering departments, including Research and Preliminary Design, and other directorates;
* Contribution to aircraft flight and maintenance manuals;
* Ensuring technical competence.**Education:** Master's Degree in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering.**Seniority:** Junior**Technical knowledge and skills:*** Theoretical knowledge of Aeronautical Propulsion;
* Basic knowledge of aeronautical standards.**Behavioral skills:*** Flexible attitude to manage changing priorities and multitasking activities;
* Ability to work withtight deadlines;
* Good problem-solvingskills, with an independent approach, to make basic technical decisions;
* Good communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional and international team environment;
* Enthusiasm for innovation and sustainability.**Language skills:**Good knowledge of written and spoken English level B2**Computer skills:*** Good knowledge of Matlab simulation tool;
* Knowledge of AMESim tool is a plus;
