A challenge aimed at strengthening the technological and industrial sovereignty of the countries involved, because it aims to identify and make available those innovative technologies, called enabling technologies, that will ensure the generational leap, generating positive returns and economic and social progress for the entire country system, benefiting new generations.The resources who will work within this program will have the opportunity to access a professional growth path in an international and technologically advanced context.Within the **FCAS Chief Engineering** Unit, we are looking for a **Requirement Engineer** for our **Turin** office.The resource will contribute to the development of the GCAP system design through the following activities:* Management of the system requirements database* Configuration management of input requirements for the GCAP system design* Analysis of input requirements for the GCAP system design for relevant aspects* Coordination of the input requirements analysis process, involving appropriate project teams* Coordination of Requirement Review Boards and their organization* Coordination of activities for the production of the GCAP system specification**Educational Qualification:** Degree in aerospace/electronic engineering**Seniority:** Junior/Expert**Knowledge and Technical Skills:*** Experience in the design of aeronautical systems and/or aircraft and fleet support systems* Experience in defining requirements related to aircraft and/or aircraft and fleet support systems* Experience in defining Functional Specifications* Experience with aeronautical system development processes and requirement management* Knowledge of Model Based Design/Model Based System Engineering principles.* Knowledge of project engineering aspects.* Knowledge of applicable design and certification standards (MIL, FAA, EASA).**Behavioral Competencies:*** Ability to work in a team* Ability to relate to different cultures* Communication and interpersonal skills with members of other teams* Organizational and coordination skills* Planning skills* Problem-solving and results-orientation* Curiosity and propensity for learning**Language Skills:**Excellent written and spoken English (B2/C1)**Computer Skills:*** Office 365 suite* Doors* Cameo**Other:**Availability for national and international business trips, subsequent transfer to the UK for a secondment of at least 3 years.*Working with us, you will constantly face the challenges of high technology, enhance your skills, and build a professional path of excellence.***Seniority:** Junior**Primary Location:** IT - Torino - C.So Francia**Contract Type:** Permanent**Hybrid Working:** Hybrid
