A protagonist of the main strategic programs at a global level, it is a technological and industrial partner of Governments, Defense Administrations, Institutions and companies.Within the **Chief Funded & Internal Research** Area, we are looking for a Chief Funded and Internal Research Specialist for our Pomigliano d'Arco (NA) site.**Main Activities:**The resource must be able to carry out the activities within the competence of the Chief Funded and Internal Research Unit to support the technical coordination of research projects and for the technical management and promotion in the engineering unit of internships, degree theses, doctoral programs and applied research collaborations. In particular:* Interactions with engineering functions for the integration of technical proposals in the context of submitting a research project proposal;
* Interactions with engineering functions for the integration of thesis, doctoral, master's and other activity proposals in order to ensure their alignment with the technological plan;
* Technical managementof the content of publications (theses, doctorates, etc.) in order to evaluate their consistency with company directives in the field of intellectual property;
* Primary interface between the functions of the engineering body and the other units of the division and external bodies (Universities, Research Centers, NATO, etc.);
* Management and drafting of internal technical Engineering publications that regulate thesis, doctorate, master's degree courses, etc.* Management of tools that collect and track the previous point;
**Education:**Master's degree in Management Engineering.**Required experience level:**Junior**Technical skills:**experience in research;
Experience with databasemanagement and maintenance;
Knowledge of aircraft architecture (fixed or rotary wing) and the management/life process of a research project is welcome;
Previous experience in aresearch project is also welcome.**Behavioral skills:**Proactive person, with good organizational skills and ability to work independently regarding areas of competence, with an aptitude for teamwork, including multinational teams, and the ability to interface with other company figures.
