A protagonist in major global strategic programs, it is a technological and industrial partner of Governments, Defense Administrations, Institutions, and businesses.At the Cameri site, we are looking for a resource for the role of Team Leader.The selected resource will hold the role of **Team Leader** within the department dedicated to the production of **F-35** aircraft wings, with direct responsibility for the operational coordination of production activities and the management of assigned resources.Specifically, the resource will be responsible for:* **Ensuring the execution of operational production programs** in compliance with defined timelines, costs, and quality standards, ensuring effective use of assigned labor, equipment, and dedicated facilities. Develops departmental operational planning in coherence with the instructions of their manager.* **Supporting the Department Head in resource management**, contributing to the maintenance and development over time of the team's professional level, the planning of training activities, and the correct composition of the required professional mix.* **Organizing the operational assignment of labor** according to production cycles, managing program variations and priority changes (advances, line stoppages, material delays, etc.), formulating any proposals for recourse to overtime.* **Ensuring continuous monitoring of production progress, quality, and costs**, through the use of performance indicators (KPIs), verifying their effectiveness and efficiency.
