As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving local marketing activities and supporting product launches across Italy and Switzerland, working closely with the EMEA Marketing organization.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute local marketing strategies and product launches in alignment with EMEA Marketing and Local Sales Management.
Manage the product lifecycle across assigned markets.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Support revenue, pricing and commercial strategies in collaboration with Sales.
Create and localize marketing and sales materials for the local market.
Plan and deliver customer events, product trainings and educational programs.
Organize and support participation in congresses, symposia and other scientific meetings.
Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and scientific societies.
Partner closely with Sales by providing commercial tools, training and field support.
Ensure all marketing activities comply with brand, regulatory and quality standards.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in the medical device industry.
Experience in the endovascular field with a strong understanding of the market, key stakeholders and customer landscape.
Background in marketing, product management, sales or clinical roles.
Experience with product launches, market analysis and competitive research.
Experience building and managing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
Strategic mindset with strong business acumen.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Collaborative, proactive, adaptable and well‑organized working style with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Willingness to travel up to 80%.
