The Opportunity
We’re looking for a smart, hands-on operator to lead the onboarding and growth acceleration of our newly acquired companies. You’ll join post-signing, validate the investment thesis, and translate it into a clear, actionable value creation plan focused on driving revenue growth . Working closely with founders, functional experts, and the group COO, you’ll ensure each acquisition is set up for success from Day 1.
This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys creating structure, managing momentum, and building playbooks that scale.
Your Role
Onboarding
- Lead Day 1 and 100-day onboarding plans for newly acquired businesses
- Ensure alignment across teams, clear communication of expectations, and seamless integration of core systems and processes
- Serve as the primary contact for acquired founders during the transition
Value Creation
- Develop a tailored post-acquisition value creation plan with a focus on growth levers - such as pricing, GTM strategy, product packaging, and sales execution
- Work closely with internal experts (GTM, Sales Enablement, HR, Finance) to coordinate and track execution
- Monitor progress, resolve roadblocks, and maintain operational cadence
Platform & Playbooks
- Capture lessons from each acquisition to refine our onboarding and growth acceleration playbooks
- Contribute to a scalable, repeatable model for post-acquisition value creation across the group
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting (preferably within a Private Equity practice), PE operating teams, post-merger integration, or commercial operations in a SaaS environment. Prior exposure to M&A or private equity-backed businesses is strongly preferred.
- Experience creating or executing growth plans (e.g., GTM, pricing, packaging, sales)
- Strong cross-functional project management and stakeholder influence skills
- Confidence working directly with founders and executive teams
- A balance of strategic thinking and executional rigor
