As Value & Access Director for Emerging Growth Markets, you will lead pricing and access initiatives to expand Kyowa Kirin’s Rare Disease portfolio in new geographies. You’ll partner with internal functions and local stakeholders to shape market access strategies, health economics analyses, and managed entry schemes. Your work will influence regional cluster goals and drive timely commercialisation. This role offers impact across multi-country markets and cross-functional teams, aligning pricing governance with corporate objectives.

• Lead pricing and access activities for new and partner markets in Emerging Markets
• Support cluster goals including pricing targets, patient access, and revenue timelines
• Develop business cases for internal approvals by Franchises, Pricing Governance, and Executive Committees
• Support development of managed entry schemes and HEOR analyses in collaboration with medical affairs and pricing teams
• Monitor pricing developments in partner markets and advise Cluster leadership on implications
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely execution of the regional commercial strategy
• Provide local insights to regional/global Franchises and governance committees

Responsabilità

• Economic and/or scientific academic education
• Extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience in managing teams
• Strong commercial background with health economics knowledge and V&A strategy execution in Emerging markets
• Pricing and IRP experience
• Expert knowledge of reimbursement processes in Emerging markets (e.g., Brazil, Mexico, EAEU, Turkey, Poland)
• Prior experience with orphan drugs and innovative access schemes (MEAs)
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders to define and implement V&A strategies
• Experience working with business partners
• Hands-on approach to responsibilities
• Professional level English, fluent written and spoken
• Occasional local and international travel
