Full-time – Permanent Contract

Role Overview

In Easyrain, we believe in continuous innovation and the power of people. You will work in a dynamic, multicultural, and challenging environment, driven by our core values of Innovation, Leadership, Passion, Cooperation, and Responsibility, contributing to the development of innovative solutions HW & SW to increase safety on the road

You will actively participate in the development, modelling, testing, and validation of embedded control systems and software for vehicles. The role may involve activities in technical management, rapid prototyping, xIL modelling, HIL testing, software qualification, diagnostics, and field support. Our software platform of virtual sensors represents a paradigm shift in the development of autonomous driving systems. Engineered to replace or augment traditional hardware sensors, our solution delivers real-time environmental awareness using physics-based modelling, and vehicle dynamics data — without the added cost or complexity of redundant hardware.

We specifically address one of the most critical gaps in autonomy: reliable performance on low-grip surfaces such as ice, snow, and wet asphalt — environments where traditional sensors like cameras, radar, and LiDAR face serious limitations. By virtually enhancing perception, our platform ensures safer, more consistent vehicle behaviour in all conditions, accelerating the path toward Level 3+ autonomy.

The result is a significant reduction in sensor stack costs, improved robustness, and faster validation cycles — all key to unlocking scalability in mass-market autonomous vehicles. Our modular architecture is vehicle-agnostic and ready to integrate into existing ADAS and AD stacks, offering OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers a faster time-to-market with lower development overhead.

Our virtual sensor platform stands out as a capital-efficient, high-impact enabler of next-gen mobility, offering both immediate value in assisted driving and long-term differentiation in full autonomy.
