We are looking for a UX Designer to join our Experience Design team , working at the intersection of lighting systems, smart home energy management, and EV charging infrastructure.

Role Overview:

As a UX Designer, you will contribute to the design of intuitive, scalable, and high-quality user experiences across a portfolio of connected products and platforms. You will work across multiple touchpoints, from embedded interfaces and mobile apps to cloud-based services, ensuring coherence and usability within a complex system.

A key aspect of this role is the ability to combine usability, functionality, and aesthetic quality. We believe that visual and interaction design are not separate layers, but deeply interconnected: aesthetics play a critical role in clarity, perception, trust, and overall user experience.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including different business Units, Mktg, R&D, product manager and business stakeholders, translating user needs and strategic goals into meaningful design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user-centered experiences across digital and physical interfaces (apps, web, HMI, IoT systems)
• Balance and integrate functionality, usability, and aesthetic quality in every design solution
• Ensure that all solutions are designed with a strong focus on accessibility and inclusivity, applying best practices and standards (e.g. WCAG) from the early design stages
• Contribute to the definition and evolution of UX frameworks, design systems, and interaction patterns
• Conduct and support user research activities (interviews, field studies, usability testing)
• Translate insights into user journeys, flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
• Validate design solutions through iterative testing and data-informed decision making
• Ensure consistency, clarity, and visual quality across the entire user experience ecosystem (Design System)
• Collaborate closely with developers and UI designers to ensure feasibility and implementation quality
• Contribute to strategic design thinking, aligning user experience with business objectives

Required Skills & Experience:

• Degree in Design, Interaction Design, UX/UI, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields
• Solid experience in UX design for digital products and/or connected systems for at least 3 years
• Strong sensitivity to visual design, aesthetics, and interaction quality
• User Research methodologies (qualitative)
• Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) principles
• Design Thinking methodologies
• Ability to design for complex systems, ideally involving hardware–software integration (e.g. IoT, smart devices, lighting systems, energy platforms)
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Miro)
• Interest in leveraging AI to enhance design workflows, user insights, and personalization
• Curiosity, proactivity, and a collaborative attitude
