UX DESIGNER

As part of Conflux's growth and expansion project, to better meet the requests of our customers, we intend to expand our network of reference Freelance UX Designers. We are therefore looking for a Freelance UX Designer in Milan who has experience in managing complex projects and in dialogue with customers and with whom to build solid relationships that last over time.

As a UX Designer in Conflux, you will enter the heart of projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on small and medium-sized digital products, with a duration of several months.

You will be responsible for the design of interfaces, information architectures and interaction models, using participatory design methods together with the technical team, to give shape to concrete and well-constructed solutions.

You will work in a structured context, with clear and sustainable time management, which will allow you to focus on the quality of the design. You will be part of a dynamic team, where you can expand your skills in UX research, UX design and UI design, actively contributing to the growth of projects and also to your professionalism.

Your Responsibilities

• You will work on small and medium-sized projects lasting several months.
• You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in the gambling field, with whom you will share working methods and tools.
• You will manage, through the use of participatory design techniques in collaboration with the technical team, the design and development of interfaces, information architectures and interaction models.
• You will be dealing with a project management model that will allow you to efficiently organize working time, ensuring a quality result.
• You will work in a multidisciplinary and dynamic team where you can increase your skills in the field of UX research, UX design and UI design

This is the right role for you if...

• You have experience as a UX Designer.
• You know and know how to use one or more of the following interface design tools: Figma, Sketch, Miro.
• You know and know how to use one or more of the following prototyping tools: Invision, Axure, Marvel, Principle.
• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop and of the Adobe Suite in general is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills You know and know how to use one or more of the following tools: analytics, Lookback, Morae.
• Excellent knowledge of Italian and English (written and spoken).
• You know and are familiar with concepts such as Information Architecture, Wireframe, Interaction Flows, Use cases, Interactive Prototypes, Requirements Collection, Benchmarks, card sorting, tree testing.
