Your team
Join Customer Process and Channels Interaction Design area, in particular in (B2C) Online Channels team, contributing to the design and continuous improvement of digital experiences for Flutter SEA brand (Sisal, Pokerstars, SNAI) across multiple country and channels.
Your role
You’ll guide the end‑to‑end design of the Online user experience across all brands and countries, focusing on scalability and optimization. You’ll build integrated retail ecosystems connecting all in‑store and digital touchpoints, prototype testing and continuous feedback.
What you’ll do
- Have the opportunity to be involved in the design of engaging, usable and consistent customer experiences for multiple projects.
- Take an active role in shaping and managing user‑centered digital and cross‑channel journeys (web, mobile, POS), while contributing to the creation of scalable, system‑oriented design solutions that establish UX/UI as a transversal, strategic service for the whole company.
- Play a key role in supporting the business in the strategic and ideation phases, applying design methodologies — such as concept design and customer journey mapping — to help conceive and structure solid business requirements aligned with real user needs.
- Take ownership in the execution phase, translating business and product requirements into clear, actionable use cases, user flows, prototypes and UX specifications.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration with different design area, inside the Process and Channels Interaction design area and outside with other design team identifying the right moments and methods to involve them and aligning on shared goals and outcomes.
- Coordinate design projects, mentoring junior designers, and ensuring consistency and quality throughout the entire design process.
- Facilitate UX activities such as journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and validation sessions, in collaboration with internal stakeholders, developers and research teams.
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience (at least 5 years) in UX/UI Design, ideally on complex, scalable digital products within consumer‑facing industries or the gaming/lottery sector.
- Experience working within multidisciplinary teams, managing complex multitouchpoint projects from concept to delivery.
- Demonstrative experience of managing and mentoring junior designers.
- Proficiency in Figma for interface design, prototyping, and documentation, with familiarity in using co‑design and collaboration tools (such as Miro, FigJam, or equivalent) for workshops and concept development and in Design System processes and tooling.
- Strong UX/UI design experience in Web and Mobile applications, being able to ideate concepts, collaborate with developer and realize customer journey, wireframes right through to high fidelity prototypes.
- Solid skills in problem‑solving, critical thinking, and stakeholder management, with a collaborative and proactive attitude towards cross‑functional teamwork.
- Natural inclination for systemic thinking, proactivity, and curiosity, with a passion for mentoring junior designers and driving innovation through design.
- Outstanding problem‑solving mindset with a pragmatic, data‑informed, functional analysis and user‑centred approach.
- Fluency in Italian and English is required, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
