Used Car & Company Car Specialist

About the position:

The Used Car & Company Car Specialist is responsible for supporting the remarketing of used vehicles and managing the internal company car fleet. This role supports business partners to maximize residual values, ensuring smooth fleet operations, and delivering data-driven insights to improve performance, compliance, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Used Car Activities:

• Support partners to maximize used car sales performance and residual values.
• Coordinate with external suppliers to ensure accurate vehicle appraisals, competitive pricing, and profitability.
• Manage and monitor online auction processes, ensuring timely vehicle listings, efficient stock turnover, and optimal sales outcomes.
• Track market trends and auction performance to recommend pricing and remarketing strategies.

Company Car Management：

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the company vehicle fleet, including company cars assigned to employees
• Schedule and oversee routine servicing, inspections, and emergency repairs; maintain detailed maintenance records.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and maintain accurate fleet records.
• Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding company car-related matters.

Reporting & Analysis

• Track KPIs such as stock days, residual values, auction performance, and fleet utilization and operation costs.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to support decision-making and performance reviews.

Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to streamline used car remarketing and fleet management processes
• Support digitalization and adoption of best practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, transparency, and cost optimization.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in automotive remarketing, fleet management, or similar roles.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and auction/fleet management systems.
• Fluent in Italian and English both spoken and written
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach.
