We are an established and financially solid company based in Italy,
currently developing an ambitious multiplayer title in Unreal Engine 5.
Role Description
The project is already in an advanced stage of production with a strong visual identity and engaging gameplay. We are looking for a Gameplay Programmer with solid online multiplayer knowledge to join our team.
Responsibilities:
– Implement and maintain gameplay systems in UE5 (Blueprints, C++ a plus)
– Develop and optimize multiplayer replication and networking features
– Collaborate with designers and artists to deliver smooth online gameplay
Requirements:
– Strong UE5 skills (Blueprints required, C++ a plus)
– Experience with multiplayer networking & replication in UE4/UE5
– Understanding of online gameplay systems and performance optimization
– Full-time availability (remote or on-site in Rome)
