We’re looking for a UGC Manager who lives and breathes creator content and knows how to turn everyday ideas into thumb-stopping ads that feel natural, fresh, and impossible to ignore.

You’ll scout talented creators, brief them, direct them, and help bring their best work to life. You’re equal parts creative and organized, with the energy to lead multiple projects while keeping the vibes high and the content even higher.

This isn’t your average content manager gig. This is where creativity meets performance.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Find and Manage Creators - Build and nurture a roster of talented UGC creators who can produce authentic, high-impact content that fits client brands perfectly.
• Coach and Develop Talent - Give constructive feedback after every project to help creators master storytelling, lighting, framing, and on-camera energy.
• Bring Ideas to Life - Turn briefs into shotlists that are clear, creative, and actionable so creators know exactly how to bring each concept to life.
• Brainstorm Creative Concepts - Collaborate with strategists to come up with fun, fast-moving ideas that feel real, engaging, and built for the algorithm.
• Handle Logistics - Oversee contracts, rates, and deliverables to keep projects smooth, organized, and cost-effective.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Experience in UGC management, influencer marketing, or performance creative, preferably in an agency
• Excellent English and communication skills
• A strong eye for storytelling, visuals, and emotion on camera
• The ability to direct and motivate creators for authentic, engaging performances
• Familiarity with Meta and TikTok ad trends and best practices
• Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple projects at once
• A passion for creative work that delivers results
