Type Testing Engineer

We are looking for a Type Testing Engineer based in HQ, Milan.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Support the engineering team with the definition of testing protocols, create detailed plans for qualification, and align stakeholders with the plan to ensure readiness.
2. Follow the qualification process, predict and resolve potential complications, collect data, and activate optimization or development efforts.
3. Attend tests to verify correct execution.
4. Review protocols and product performance to ensure test feasibility.
5. Support during bidding phases by defining qualification requirements.
6. Organize tests (material, workforce, attendees).
7. Assist in defining new testing protocols.
8. Communicate with laboratories to maintain alignment.
9. Predict, manage, and resolve potential complexities.
10. Support laboratory organization to maximize output.
11. Engage with colleagues to share lessons learned and best practices.
12. Communicate with clients to ensure expectations are met.
13. Collect data and compile reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Preferred experience with testing, laboratories, or qualification processes.
