Mission
Define the product strategy for the AANZ region across the Light range, ensuring alignment between market needs and the global product plan while supporting business growth and competitiveness. Main Responsibilities
Define the product roadmap based on product availability and local requirements Assess opportunities to introduce new products into existing or new markets Define and manage Product Requests (PRs) and OK to Sell (OKTS) approvals Identify and articulate IVECO's unique selling propositions (USPs) Support the analysis and implementation of development plans and commercial initiatives Support benchmarking activities and the definition of the competitive benchmark set Consolidate and monitor regulatory requirements across AANZ markets Support vehicle configuration definition and technical-commercial enquiries Support the preparation of commercial and technical materials, including data sheets, brochures, and web content Support product launch activities across the region Coordinate activities between regional markets and HQ functions, including Product and Homologation Manage Certificate of Conformity (CoC) matters and regulatory compliance Coordinate catalogue updates (VM Form) and product data maintenance Requirements
Degree in Engineering preferred At least 3 years of experience in Product Management within the automotive industry Sound technical knowledge of the product portfolio and vehicle configurations Fluency in English Key Competencies
Market and customer orientation Strong analytical skills Stakeholder management and effective communication Proactivity, accountability, and a results-oriented mindset Ability to work effectively in international, cross-functional environments Effectively balance local market needs with HQ guidelines Strong time-management skills End-to-end ownership of key processes, including PR and OKTS Operational accuracy and a strong business focus SALARY RANGE
Contratto Collettivo Specifico di Lavoro per Iveco Group 1° Gruppo Professionale Salary Range: 46.400-56.000€ Variable payment as per CCSL The successful candidate's placement in the range and final offer will be determined by their experience, skills, qualifications and internal equity considerations.
