Experteer Overview
In this role you will shape ING Italy's digital commercial strategy for Business Banking, driving acquisition, activation, engagement and community building across digital touchpoints. You will build a holistic growth engine that combines analytics, multi-channel sales, content-driven engagement and strategic partnerships to scale the Business Banking customer base. You will lead analytics, data assets, and omnichannel experiences to improve funnel performance and product adoption, while ensuring compliance and risk controls. This is a high-impact, cross-functional leadership role in a fast-paced, data-driven, innovative culture.

- Lead the Customer Insights & Analytics strategy for the Business Banking segment
- Orchestrate a data framework for funnel performance, customer behavior, product adoption and churn insights
- Embed analysts within squads to improve data fluency and decision‑making
- Own the customer 360 data assets for Business Banking with reliable segmentation and actionable insights
- Manage end‑to‑end acquisition and activation journeys across digital channels
- Optimize the full sales funnel, including onboarding and KYC/AML flows
- Drive activation of core products via targeted journeys and education
- Collaborate with product teams to reduce friction and improve conversion
- Develop a content strategy for business clients and build digital communities
- Coordinate omnichannel messaging and manage digital partnerships for scalable acquisition
- Define partnership models (affiliate, API, product integrations, digital referrals) and manage eligibility and performance
- Ensure compliant partnership onboarding with Compliance, Legal and Risk
- Implement test‑and‑learn, A/B experiments and continuous funnel optimization
- Monitor core growth KPIs: CPA, conversion, activation, engagement, community reach
- Oversee martech capabilities for growth: campaign orchestration, analytics, A/B testing, CMS, attribution
- Lead a high‑performing, agile team and foster a culture of iteration and customer obsession
- Maintain risk awareness and robust documentation for digital journeys and partnerships
Responsabilità
- 10+ years in digital growth, performance marketing, digital sales or analytics, preferably in Business Banking/fintech/SME contexts
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional, Agile teams at scale
- Deep expertise in digital acquisition, activation, content strategy and community building
- Strong analytical mindset with experimentation, segmentation, modeling and funnel management experience
- Understanding of B2B financial services and onboarding constraints
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Risk, compliance and regulatory awareness
- Fluent in English
