Trillium Pumps Italy is looking for a Treasury Specialist

Treasury Specialist supports the Treasury Manager in the operational management of the treasury. He/She checks bank transactions, manages relations with banks, and ensures compliance with financial procedures.

Responsabilities

Including but not limited to:

Reconcile bank transactions in Piteco, ensuring the accuracy of transactions;

Monitor bank balances, assisting the team in the daily management of liquidity;

Support to maintain contact with banks for day-to-day operational matters;

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management;

Perform Bank monthly reconciliation of treasury operations;

Monitor the expiration dates of bank guarantees, prepare, verify, and submit documentation to banks; review texts during negotiations with suppliers;

Assist the treasury manager in administrative tasks.

Qualifications

Degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.

Nice to have: 2 or more years of experience in a similar job position.

Good English profiency, both verbal and written.

Strong organizational skills, problem-solving ability, confidentiality, attention to detail, and a collaborative attitude.

Computer Skills

Excellent Computer skills

Knowledge of treasury tools and SAP; familiarity with Piteco software is preferred.
