We are hiring: Luxury Travel Designer – Padua, Italy
Deserving Italy is a newly established Destination Management Company specializing in tailor-made luxury experiences across Italy. We work exclusively B2B, partnering with international travel advisors to create unique journeys that reflect the beauty, culture, and elegance of Italy.
We are seeking a Luxury Travel Designer to join our growing team in our Padua office. This is a full-time, in-office position, ideal for someone who wants to be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment. The role covers the entire process of travel creation: from product design and supplier research to pricing, sales, and booking management.

Main responsibilities
· Design customized itineraries throughout Italy in collaboration with international travel advisors.
· Develop and maintain partnerships with high-end hotels, guides, and local providers.
· Manage all trip details, ensuring flawless organization and exceptional service.
· Stay updated on trends in Italian luxury travel and refine our product portfolio.
Ideal candidate profile
· Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects efficiently.
· Strong understanding of B2B relationships and ability to build long-term partnerships.
· Excellent communication skills in English and Italian; knowledge of other languages is appreciated.
· Sound knowledge of Italian destinations and a passion for creating bespoke experiences.
· Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Qualifications and offer
· Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Languages, or related fields.
· Previous experience in luxury travel or hospitality is an advantage.
· Strong digital and communication skills.
· Professional contract aligned with profile and experience, plus training and performance-based incentives.
· Office-based role in Padua.
