About Us

We are a fast-growing travel company specialising in tailor-made, high-value itineraries for North American clients. Our focus is on delivering exceptional experiences and personalised service, and we are looking for a naturally enthusiastic, quick, and self-motivated Travel Designer to join our remote team in Italy.

This is not a typical Travel Designer role — you will be on the front line with incoming leads, developing relationships, designing large, high-value itineraries, and creating multi-day experiences that exceed client expectations. Your performance could open the door to a future leadership/sales manager position.

What You Will Do

Engage immediately with incoming leads, including day-tour requests, and have the flexibility to transform them into multi-day itineraries through excellent customer service and needs analysis.

Handle large, complex multi-day itinerarie s, ensuring all details are accurate and experiences are optimised for client enjoyment.

Conduct needs analysis to fully understand client goals, preferences, and constraints, and identify opportunities to upsell additional experiences or extensions that enhance the itinerary.

Think laterally and creatively to design unique, high-value itineraries tailored to client needs.

Treat every client with the same care and attention you would give a friend or family member.

Build strong relationships with North American clients, advising with confidence and professionalism.

Use CRM and other tools efficiently to manage and nurture client relationships.

Work remotely, autonomously, and efficiently — prioritising speed, quality, and client satisfaction.

Collaborate with the team to continuously refine processes and improve client experience.

Fluent Italian & English (C1) — excellent written and spoken communication.

North American market experience or proven ability to build relationships with international clients.

Tech-savvy — able to use CRM and other digital tools efficiently.
