Transportation Specialist

What you will do

• Take charge of the daily operations of road freight business in Italy and cross‑border European land transportation, covering Full Truck Load (FTL), Less‑than‑Truck Load (LTL), and intermodal services;Oversee the entire operational process.
• Proactively identify and handle various anomalies that arise during daily operations (e.g., delays, damages, customs holds). Communicate with carriers, customers, and internal stakeholders in a timely manner to resolve issues effectively and ensure a consistently high customer experience.
• Manage and evaluate the operational performance of external carriers and service providers; continuously drive improvements in service quality, operational efficiency, and cost control.
• Maintain accurate operational data in the Transport Management System (TMS), including order creation, vehicle information updates, and recording of actual shipping/delivery times.

About you

• 3+ years of relevant working experience in road freight operations or freight forwarding. Candidates familiar with European land transport networks and international logistics processes are preferred.
• Fluent in Italian and Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) to support seamless communication with local partners, drivers, and headquarters.
