About the Role

The role involves coordinating and managing transportation and distribution operations within the warehouse, ensuring goods are delivered to customers timely and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the transportation and distribution operations within the warehouse, ensuring goods are delivered to customers timely and accurately.
• Handle and track orders for both B2B and B2C businesses to ensure compliance with company standards during the order fulfillment process.
• Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve issues in the transportation process, ensuring a smooth logistics flow.
• Monitor the transportation status of goods, provide timely updates to customers, and address customer feedback.
• Analyze transportation and distribution data, propose optimization suggestions, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Assist in developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for transportation management to ensure the team follows best practices.
• Participate in transportation cost control and budget management, striving to improve cost efficiency.
• Regularly coordinate with the warehouse and other relevant departments to promote cross-departmental collaboration and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in transportation, distribution, or logistics management, with familiarity in B2B and B2C business models.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and office software.
• Data analysis skills, able to propose improvements based on data findings.
• Problem-solving abilities, capable of independently handling unexpected situations.
• Knowledge of logistics regulations and market dynamics in Italy and Europe is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in Mandarin, English and Italian.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in managing logistics operations in a multicultural environment.
• Familiarity with advanced logistics technologies and trends.
