Role Overview

The Transportation Specialist will manage daily transportation operations, coordinate with carriers, optimize shipping performance, and support cross-border logistics between Europe and China. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international transportation activities, ensuring on-time and cost-efficient delivery.
• Manage relationships with carriers, logistics partners, and internal teams.
• Monitor transportation KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support cross-border logistics, compliance, and customs documentation.
• Analyze transportation data to identify optimization opportunities.
• Handle issue resolution regarding delays, damages, or exceptions.
• Collaborate with teams in China and Europe to support overall supply chain operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is required to coordinate with HQ and regional teams.
• Fluent in English;
  Italian is a strong plus.
• 2+ years experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain roles (e-commerce experience preferred).
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with logistics systems and KPIs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
