Sales Transport Manager (m/f/d) – Kufstein, Austria

To expand our commercial team, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Transport Manager who is eager to take on new challenges and grow with us.
Your Responsibilities
- Build and manage long-term business relationships with existing and new clients in the freight transport sector
- Identify new market opportunities and generate sales leads
- Prepare competitive and customized commercial offers
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure excellent service quality
- Monitor market trends and competitors to stay ahead
Your Profile
- 2–3 years of proven experience in transport/logistics or B2B sales
- Strong B2B sales mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English (Italian, German or another European language is a strong plus)
- Entrepreneurial spirit, customer-oriented, and target-driven
- Willingness to relocate full-time to Austria (38.5 hours per week)

- Average salary range: €50,000 – €75,000 gross/year (depending on experience and performance)
