What you´ll do

Coordinates and supports the transport planning process to ensure delivery of goods ontime

Coordinate with transport planner closely and ensures availability of carriers

Coordinate with warehouses and Customer Service Control Tower

Manage express deliveries to cover rush orders

Keep and assure Master data updates

Monitor deliveries ongoing via track & trace tool

Manage transport complaints

Provide reconciliation of deviations in carrier invoicing with Purchasing / Finance

Provide transport KPIs reports to support carrier performance review
