Senior Manager of Process Improvement Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic leader to manage our process improvement and stewardship activities.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and team management skills, strong strategic orientation and analytical thinking ability, excellent communication, collaboration and influencing skills, experience in managing complex projects and implementing innovative technologies, ability to anticipate changes and solve complex problems, project management skills and results orientation.

Additionally, you will have a Master or PhD degree in technical/scientific education, preferably pharmaceutical sciences, chemistry, biotechnology, bioinformatics or pharma-process engineering. You should have 5/7 years of previous experience in a leadership role, with expertise in plasma fractionation processes or the biotechnology field, including knowledge of proteins and GMP/GDP principles. Experience in process validation is preferred, as well as proficiency in continuous improvement processes and proven knowledge of six-sigma and DMAIC methodology.

Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken, is required for this role.
