What You’ll Do

  • Act as a cultural ambassador, working with HR and business leaders to embed new ways of working aligned with our Operating Model and the Vodafone Spirit.
  • Partner with senior leaders to define and evolve the transformation vision and strategic roadmap, aligned with enterprise goals.
  • Translate strategic objectives into prioritized, actionable program plans that deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Foster relationships across business units, technology, HR, finance, and external partners, through structured communication, engagement frameworks, and change management practices.
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, high-impact transformation programs with strong governance structures (e.g., risk, issue, and change management; milestone tracking; dependency management).
  • Ensure delivery is on time, on budget, and aligned with business value realization goals.
  • Own and execute the communications plan for the transformation, including leadership updates and change narratives.
  • Manage operational governance, including leadership meetings, decision forums, reviews, and reporting.

Who You Are

  • Effective in managing time, quality, and change in dynamic environments.
  • Experienced in governance, compliance, and simplification.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Understanding of network technologies, infrastructure, and topologies is advantageous.
  • Experience in telecom, technology, or complex matrix environments.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
