In this role you drive a multi-year transformation to migrate Italy’s Grid Control portfolio to Siemens Grid Software’s global platform. You’ll coordinate across sales, delivery, R&D and portfolio teams to define strategy, assess migration scenarios, and oversee execution. You help modernize and standardize the architecture while preserving business continuity for the Italian installed base. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on program governance to deliver measurable value. parenthood support psychological support services continuous learning opportunities Lead the Italy Grid Control Transformation Program end-to-end from strategy to deployment Define and evaluate transition scenarios considering risk, cost, scalability, value, and alignment Build business cases, migration roadmaps, implementation plans, and funding strategies Manage executive governance processes (Steering Committees, decision forums, program reviews) Align local Italian organizations with global Grid Software stakeholders Coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Delivery, Product Management, Portfolio Management, and R&D Ensure alignment on target architecture, technology roadmap, cybersecurity, and operational objectives Shape customer transformation strategies with Sales and Account teams for strategic utility/infrastructure customers Prepare the organization for execution via pilots, capability development, resource planning, and delivery readiness Deliver measurable outcomes: reduce technical debt, increase standard platform adoption, improve operational efficiency Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems 5+ years of experience in complex program management in critical infrastructure, utility, energy, SCADA, OMS or Grid Control environments 10+ years of experience in software product management, R&D, or related technology leadership roles Proven track record leading large-scale transformation, modernization, or platform migration programs Strong understanding of Grid Control systems, SCADA, OMS and mission‑critical software environments Experience with software platform architectures, modernization initiatives, and service‑based solutions Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across business, technical, and customer organizations In this role you drive a multi-year transformation to migrate Italy’s Grid Control portfolio to Siemens Grid Software’s global platform.
