Freshminds are working with a global PE backed B2B business who are looking for a Transfromation Manager in Italy. You'll sit at the heart of the transformation agenda, working closely with the European Country Leader, CCO and CTO.
This is a hands-on role with real breadth, designing and shaping the transformation plan (specifcially post-acquisition integration plans), building the operating design, and project-managing cross-functional work across operations, sales and marketing.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years in top tier consulting
- Experience curating and delivering 100 day post-integration plans
- An interest or experience working in a PE backed B2B business
