We are seeking a Transformation Director to lead enterprise-wide change initiatives across a complex, growing organisation. This role will take ownership of the transformation agenda, working closely with the CEO, CFO, and senior leadership team to drive operational improvement, scalability, and value creation.
The Transformation Director will be responsible for translating strategy into execution, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable outcomes across finance, operations, technology, and governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the end-to-end transformation roadmap aligned to business strategy
- Lead cross-functional initiatives including operating model design, process optimisation, and performance improvement
- Drive large-scale change programmes such as ERP implementations, finance transformation, or post-acquisition integration
- Establish strong governance, cadence, and reporting across transformation workstreams
- Partner with executive leadership to prioritise initiatives and manage trade-offs
- Track benefits realisation and ensure accountability for outcomes
- Act as a senior escalation point for delivery risks and issues
- Build internal capability to sustain change beyond programme delivery
Required Experience
- Proven experience as a Transformation Director, Programme Director, or senior change leader
- Track record delivering complex, multi-workstream transformation programmes
- Experience operating in PE-backed, carve-out, or high-growth environments
- Strong understanding of finance, operations, and technology-enabled change
- Ability to influence at board and executive level
- Pragmatic, delivery-focused approach with strong commercial judgement
