About the Role
The Transfer Pricing Senior Officer will be based in Milan and report to the managers of the Transfer Pricing team. The position supports the delivery and management of the team’s projects across key European jurisdictions.
Your Future Responsibilities
- Proactively and independently manage projects to ensure successful delivery with technical excellence.
- Mentor junior staff on client delivery and technical expertise, supporting their career development.
- Lead coordination with clients on day‑to‑day tasks.
- Provide constant project status updates to senior management.
- Identify critical points during project execution and bring them to senior management for discussion.
- Contribute to process and technical improvements for the overall team.
- Build relationships within the company and externally with clients.
- Identify commercial opportunities with existing clients.
- Interpret new and existing transfer pricing tax rules.
Your Profile
- 3 to 5 years of transfer pricing experience, preferably in a tax advisory or transfer pricing consulting firm in Luxembourg.
- Knowledge and experience in transfer pricing for the financial services industry, preferably alternative investment.
- Experience in interest rate benchmarking analyses, credit rating analyses and preparation of transfer pricing documentation.
- Strong technical skills and a desire for professional development.
- Ownership of projects and a client‑focused, commercially aware mindset.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Economics, Finance, Financial Analysis, or a related discipline.
- Experience developing or coaching junior staff.
- Proven capability in driving project delivery with project management, planning, prioritising work and meeting deadlines.
