As PMO Operations Manager, you will drive delivery excellence within a global transformation (Transcend) that consolidates seven ERP systems into one S/4 HANA backbone. You’ll work with PMO leadership and cross-functional teams to enable planning, governance, risk management, and reporting across multiple releases. The role focuses on transparent status updates, proactive issue resolution, and data-driven decisions to improve delivery performance. You’ll contribute to a standardized, compliant operating model that supports Innovative Medicine’s growth and efficiency. Retribuzione / Benefits

Lead PMO operations across program phases to enable governance and high-quality inputs for decision forums Support integrated planning, RAID management, and change control for proactive risk management Supervise schedule tracking to align with the integrated program plan Lead scope governance by evaluating and aligning changes with objectives Deliver consistent status reporting to support decision-making Identify risks and opportunities early and enable timely intervention Ensure PMO operations align with compliance and quality standards Lead deliverable tracking and plan governance for program integrity Document meeting outcomes, actions, and follow-ups to support accountability Coordinate PMO resources across deployment leads and offshore teams Provide day‑to‑day guidance, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration Partner with Global Program Managers and PMO leadership to align priorities Build relationships across dispersed teams to support collaboration and continuous improvement Support issue resolution by coordinating escalations with PMO leadership Align deployment activities with objectives and support execution and risk mitigation Provide regular updates on PMO performance, risks, and improvement opportunities Promote continuous improvement using data to enhance processes and tools Maintain effective PMO operations through planning, tracking, governance, and risk management Responsabilità

Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience 5+ years in program or project management, especially within large, global transformation programs PMO leadership experience in ERP implementations or similar Strong governance, RAID, schedule, and scope management skills Data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement ability Experience leading teams in a matrixed environment Strong collaboration and communication across business functions Knowledge of compliance, quality standards, and change management principles Proficiency with project management tools and familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and proactive risk management
