Transaction Services Manager/Senior Manager - Milan

I’m currently partnering with a highly respected international advisory firm on a fantastic Transaction Services leadership hire in Italy.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Manager / Senior Manager level professional to join and play a pivotal role in building a dedicated Transaction Services presence in Italy.

With a strong and growing pipeline of cross-border mid-market deals, particularly originating from Germany, the firm is looking for an entrepreneurial, Italian & German-speaking TS professional who can work independently and lead projects end-to-end.

The opportunity:

• Based in Milan (could also be Bolzano or Padua)
• Direct reporting line to the Partner leading Tax & TS
• Opportunity to be the key TS lead in Italy
• Strong exposure to cross-border German / Italian transactions
• High autonomy and client ownership
• Excellent progression potential
• Highly flexible hybrid model (typically 1 day office / 4 days home)
