The Structuring & Transaction Management Department plays a key role within Zenith Global, managing and coordinating securitization transactions from receipt of the mandate through to the issuance of the transaction’s securities. In order to further strengthen the team, we are looking for a Transaction Manager who, within the Transaction Management Office, will focus primarily on the following activities:
Main responsibilities:
- supporting the execution process for new securitization transactions, including information gathering and coordination with the departments involved;
- acting as front office contact for any issues arising before completion;
- liaising with external counterparties and managing the execution of preparatory activities for the transaction;
- monitoring the review of contracts by external lawyers and the internal legal department;
- coordinating the contract signing process;
- acting as the main internal and external point of reference for all technical issues that may arise before contract signing and, where necessary, during the life of the transaction, carrying out client management activities;
- coordinating any post-closing contractual amendments and unwinding transactions;
- participating in any audit activities.
Who we are looking for:
- We would like to meet candidates who hold a degree or Master’s degree in Law, Economics, Finance or a related field;
- solid professional experience in Financial Services and/or in the securitisation sector will be considered a significant advantage, preferably in Project Manager or Client Service Manager/Relationship Manager roles;
- excellent written and spoken English;
- good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
