Transaction Diligence Senior – Financial Services

In this role, you will perform buy-side and vendor due diligence activities, prepare pitch decks with market analyses, build financial models, and support the review and definition of acquisition agreements.

Key Responsibilities

• Buy‑side and vendor due diligence activities
• Preparation of pitch decks with market analyses and assessments of selected potential targets
• Financial modelling
• Support in the review/definition of acquisition agreements

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of work experience in Transaction Diligence, Corporate Finance, or Audit teams within leading consulting firms, banks, or financial boutiques
• In-depth knowledge of the Financial Services sector
• Strong accounting expertise and mastery of relevant standards (Italian GAAP and IFRS)
• Master’s degree in Economics or related fields
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Team-oriented mindset and strong problem‑solving attitude
• Good knowledge of the Office suite and the English language, as well as familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools
