Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Training Support Staff based in Monterotondo (RM), Italy. The person in charge will support training administrators in managing day-to-day operations that include coordinating resources/schedule, responding to queries, tracking inventory, monitoring training schedules, supervising examinations and processing training documentation. The role requires a strong ability to manage multiple tasks, communicate effectively and deliver exceptional customer service. This position may require work during weekend days.
Qualifications
- Degree-level education
- Operations and Operations Management skills
- Analytical skills with a focus on attention to detail and data management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service experience with a passionate and friendly approach
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Word and Excel
- Experience in or knowledge of the aviation industry is a plus
- Excellent written/spoken knowledge of English and Italian Language, other languages a plus
